The Fourth Avenue Spring Street Fair will bring temporary route adjustments to the Sun Link Streetcar this weekend.
From 1 p.m. on Thursday until Sunday at midnight, Fourth Avenue will be closed from University Blvd. south to Eighth Street, with the exception of Sixth Street. Fourth, Fifth, Seventh and Eighth streets will be closed between Third and Fifth Avenue.
The streetcar will operate from Helen Street to University Blvd. and Third Avenue and back. The streetcar will also go from Avenida del Convento through downtown to Fourth Avenue and Eighth Street and back.
SunTran will provide a shuttle bus to take streetcar passengers around the Fourth Avenue Street Fair closure. Passengers are able to board the shuttle bus at Fourth Avenue and Ninth Street and at University Blvd. and Third Ave.
