Glenn Spencer, ABP's President, says this technology detects seismic waves from movement within 500 feet and communicates with a drone to direct it to the location of the movement.
Spencer explained the solar powered technology can determine whether the type of movement detected is a human or vehicle.

He says his technology would cost a fraction of the money the government plans to spend to build a physical wall and the organization will be submitting a proposal to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
