A soldier based on Fort Huachuca has been arrested in a child pornography investigation.

According to a criminal complaint filed on April 21 in the United States District Court, Randall Bischak distributed child pornography on his cell phone.

Bischak is under investigation by U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement. In December 2015, Homeland Security Investigations special agents used an undercover KIK account, and observed KIK user "PupBrass" posting sexually explicit material with children.

KIK is a free messenger app that allows users to create usernames to send and receive photos, videos, and other content. You do not have to enter a phone number, which allows users to remain anonymous.

Tat complaint states that on April 14, 2016, agents executed a search warrant at Bischaks's home in Sierra Vista. Bischak admitted to receiving and distributing child pornography on his phone and sent it to others, according to the complaint. Special agents say they found several videos, including one that depicts Bischak having sexual intercourse with a minor child.

Tanja Linton, a spokesperson for Fort Huachuca, says Bischak has been stationed at the base since July 2015. He is a member of the Military Intelligence Corps. Band and plays the French horn.

Linton says there is an ongoing investigation regarding Bischak by Fort Huachuca officials.
