A silver alert was issued this evening for William Penn in Surprise, Arizona.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, Penn has been diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimers.
Penn was last seen Friday at 4:00 p.m. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, gray striped shorts, and brown sandals.
According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, Penn is 5' 6" tall, 160 pounds, and has brown eyes.
Penn drives a green 2006 Toyota Sienna with an Arizona license plate that reads: EHG37.
