TUCSON, Ariz. - Arizona Department of Public Safety has issued a Silver Alert for a missing man.
The man has been identified as 83-year-old Floyd Jenkins.
Jenkins was last seen at his residence in Apache Junction, Thursday.
He has made suicidal comments to neighbors and he is considered to have a medical condition. He was also recently diagnosed with dementia.
Jenkins was seen in the Chandler area and was contacted by U.S. Border Patrol.
DPS says, his family is concerned about his well-being due to his wife recently passing away.
Jenkins was last seen driving a gray 2001 GMC pickup truck with an extended cab with a gray fiberglass truck cap. The truck has running boards and mud flaps. Jenkins has Michigan license plate CLG158.
