Sierra Vista police arrested an elementary school teacher who allegedly had sexual conduct with a minor under age 13.
According to the school, police arrested sixth grade Huachuca Mountain Elementary teacher Robert Kelsey at a private home in connection with the crime. He will be extradited to New Mexico, where the incident allegedly occurred in September.
Kelsey is on leave pending the outcome of the case.
