One man is dead after a shooting on Tucson's southwest side. The Pima County Sheriff's Department is investigating the shooting that happened around 5:00 p.m.near Cardinal Ave. and Los Reales Rd.
It happened in a parking lot just behind a Circle K and smoke shop. At least one shot was fired.
Deputies say they have the shooter in custody, that person is being questioned.
Homicide detectives are on scene, gang detectives are not on scene.
The department says all of the parties involved with the shooting are accounted for are. At this point, no identities have been released.
