A semi rollover crash is causing traffic restrictions on I-19 northbound in Green Valley.
According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, there is no estimated time for lanes to reopen at milepost 41.
ADOT says traffic is getting by slowly on the shoulder, but a delay is building.
