TUCSON, Ariz. - A Sells man was sentenced to 31 months in prison for attacking a pregnant woman with a hammer.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, 30-year-old Eli Lawrence Manuel hit a woman in the forehead and stomach on the Tohono O'odham Nation Indian Reservation.
The FBI and Tohono O'odham Nation police investigated the case.
