TUCSON, Ariz. — TUCSON, Ariz. -- A Tucson Unified School District elementary school and nearby church were placed on soft lock downs Monday after reports of a stabbing.
Tucson Police say the incident happened in the 8800 block of East Bellevue, near Pima Street and Sarnoff Drive.
TPD says Bloom Elementary and Calvary Chapel were placed soft lock down.
Police say one person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries and the a person of interest has been detained.
