U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers in San Luis found 38 pounds of methamphetamine under the back seat of a Mexican man's Pontiac Sedan.
Officers and a CBP narcotics-detection canine found the drugs on June 7.
Officers seized the drugs and the vehicle and turned the suspect over to U.S. Immigration and Customs enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations.
