The organization is teaming up with Fry's Food stores in Tucson to collect unopened gifts for children in our community.

The Salvation Army provides Christmas help to thousands of families each year. The goal this year is to make sure every child in-need receives a new toy. This year, the organization plans on collecting and distributing 22,000 toys to more than 4,000 children ages 12 and under in Tucson.

What types of toys need to be donated?

All sorts, the Salvation Army helps out boys and girls from ages 12 and under. They are looking did a variety of toys, just make sure they are new.

Donations are being accepted now through December 10th. They can be dropped off at any of the 20 participating Fry's locations.
