Sahuaro High School to hold meeting following social media threats

TUCSON, Ariz. -- Sahuaro High School is expected to hold a meeting for parents on Friday. The forum comes after threatening social media posts were reported. According to TUSD and authorities,the threats were made last week and over the Veterans Day holiday weekend.

Principal Roberto Estrella sent an email to parents this week detailing parent forum. Estrella says the meeting will give more details of the social media threats and how the school conducts threat assessments.

Parents will be allowed to share their concerns they may have.

The forum will be in the school's auditorium November 15th, from 5 to 6 p.m..
