SAHUARITA, Ariz. — Sahuarita Police Department arrested a man on 15 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor Monday.
52-year-old Scott Christopher Higgins was served a search warrant near 15000 S. Theodore Roosevelt referencing child pornography.
Detectives found several electronic devices, which had downloaded images of children.
