Rural Metro Fire Department responded to a vehicle stuck in running water on Sahuarita Road just west of Wilmot at approximately 5:50 Tuesday evening.
Fire and medical crews arrived on scene and found a small vehicle disabled in the roadway with water rushing through the area.
First responders arrived on scene and helped the driver to safety without injury according to Jay Karlik with RMFD.
