TUCSON, Ariz. - One person is dead after a rollover collision near Camino Seco and Speedway Boulevard.

It happened at around 4:20 a.m. Police say a 1999 Saturn headed east on Speedway, with a 2017 Ford Fusion trying to pass it. The passing car rear-ended the Saturn, causing it to spin out of control and jump across the median.

Police say the driver of the Saturn -- 38-year-old Justin Faucher -- wasn't wearing a seat belt, and was rushed to the hospital. He died the next day.

The driver of the Ford Fusion stayed on scene with detectives. She was arrested for DUI after an investigation at the crash site.

Police say speed was a factor in the crash, and additional charges may be announced later.
