A 21-year-old male has been arrested in connection with the head-on rollover  collision that killed two people.

Alexander Bondy has been charged with two counts of 2nd degree murder.

The two victims have been identified as 76-year-old Joel W. Cohen and 77-year-old Mary Jane Cohen.

The double fatal rollover collision shut down Golf Links at Aviation Parkway.

Two cars were involved in the accident.

One car was a Toyota with the Cohens inside. Both of those passengers were pronounced dead on scene.

The other car was a Buick that Bondy was driving. Bondy had some injuries and was at the hospital but was able to get out of the car on his own.

Traffic detectives have determined that the Buick lost control of his car, crossed the median and headed into oncoming traffic.

The Buick hit the Toyota straight on.

Bondy showed initial signs of impairment. Speed also appears to be a factor.
