One car was a Toyota with the Cohens inside. Both of those passengers were pronounced dead on scene.
The other car was a Buick that Bondy was driving. Bondy had some injuries and was at the hospital but was able to get out of the car on his own.
Traffic detectives have determined that the Buick lost control of his car, crossed the median and headed into oncoming traffic.
The Buick hit the Toyota straight on.
Bondy showed initial signs of impairment. Speed also appears to be a factor.
