TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Rodeo Parade- It may be the longest non motorized parade in the world, but it still has plenty of horse power.

Big horses, little horses, white horses, black horses, brown horses, spotted horses, work horses, color-coordinated horses, race horses, high-steppin' horses.

Let's not forget the mules. Some of them -- packed for the journey.

The stagecoach from Old Tucson was right on time. So was Wells Fargo, and even Desert Diamond.

And the bands - oh the bands. Keepin' step, marching to the beat. Lookin' good, lookin' sharp. Lookin' on the sunnyside of life.

All kinds of floats- from a police paddy wagon, a woman singing to you and one to give you something to think about

A few surprises along the way- Ronald McDonald, the Geico Gecko, And - Chewbacca?

Plenty of royalty in this parade. From the reservation, from other rodeos, from other towns.

Pretty girls everywhere, giving a friendly wave, flashing a lovely smile, even blowing you a kiss.

Talk about color. No shortage here from the floats, the flags, the dresses.

And taking all this in - the kids, young and old. Sitting on the curb or on the RR tracks. Anywhere to get a good look on another beautiful day in the old pueblo and a rodeo day at that.
