TUCSON, Ariz. — The road to Mt. Lemmon is closed Tuesday afternoon as a winter storm warning remains in effect for the Santa Cantalina Mountains into the evening.
The road was closed to non-residents just after 3 p.m., according to the Pima County Sheriff's Department. A storm rolling over Tucson is expected to dump up 5 to 10 inches of snow on the mountains on elevations above 6,500 feet.

Officials have no word on when the road might reopen.
