Within the last week Rillito Park hosted Dusk Music Festival and the 33rd annual Southern Arizona Blues Music Festival.
Combined, they welcomed thousands of people to the racetrack, which has struggled to stay financially viable.
Organizers for the blues music festival say they like using Rillito has a host site because of its centralized location and space.
Becasue of the success they had at their festival, organizers expect to return to the Rillito Park next year.
