For the first time this year, new rideshare lanes will make their debut at the Pima County Fair.
Last year, organizers say more than 320,000 people attended the fair and with another year of record-breaking numbers this new addition will help ease parking and traffic, as well as deter people from drinking and driving.
So, if you order a Lyft or an Uber, there will be designated lanes where your ride will be able to pick you up or drop off.
Organizers say there will also be off-duty Pima County Sheriff deputies and private security patrolling the fairgrounds.
For the latest information on the fair it is suggested to download the 2018 Pima County Fair app where you'll be able to pinpoint the location of your car as well as find exits during heavily attended days.
