The city of Tucson and the Regional Transportation celebrated the completion of the Silverbell Road – Goret Road to Grant Road Improvement Project on Tuesday.
The ribbon cutting highlighted the completion of the first phase of the Silverbell Road improvement project.

With the major intersection of I-10 and Ina Road closing for two years, this road will now be able to pick up extra travelers.
Speakers at the ribbon cutting included Tucson Mayor Jonathan Rothschild and Councilwoman Regina Romero.
