Arizona Rep. Trent Franks can't quite figure out if he wants Ted Cruz or Marco Rubio to win the Republican presidential nomination but he knows he doesn't want Donald Trump - so he's endorsing both the senators.
The Republican congressman says Cruz and Rubio should band together on a joint ticket to beat the Democrats.
He says both have "proven full-spectrum conservative records" and they should establish a joint ticket to run for president and vice president.
Franks praised Trump for his pointed criticism of President Barack Obama. But he believes Trump's inconsistencies and shifting stances on national security, the free market, abortion and traditional family values are significant issues.
He says Rubio and Cruz can either come together or lose separately.
