Santa Cruz County officials are asking people in Rio Rico to make sure they are not leaving garbage out overnight after a nuisance bear was seen again yesterday.
The sheriff's department tweeted out a picture of the bear yesterday that was taken two weeks ago but say the bear was reportedly seen again Thursday.
Officials say their only option now is to kill the bear if they find it.
They say it is important for people to be mindful of their trash so the bear doesn't come back for its next meal.
Continuous bear sightings have been reported in Rio Rico! Keep garbage bins in a secure location as this seems to be attracting the bear! pic.twitter.com/oZcx7AmNID
