A viewer alerted Pothole Patrol about rough roads at Stella and Wilmot.
KGUN9 viewer Dan Hammar says a large bump in the pavement at the bottom of a ramp -- as the sidewalk transitions to the street -- is causing the problems.
The bump causes problems for pedestrians trying to navigate over it. Hammar said the bump once injured a woman who tried to roll over the bump on her scooter. She ended up with a big gash in her arm.
KGUN9's Pat Parris alerted the city about the issue.
