An investigation into a potential threat against Mountain View High School resulted in one student being arrested Wednesday.
According to a press release from the school, a couple of parents contacted the school administration regarding the potential threat. The parents' referenced an image of a gun and a shooting which was circulating on social media.
Pima County Sheriff's Department began investigating and determined that there was no credible threat to the school. The investigation, however, did result in one student being arrested for interference with an educational institution.
