Tucson police have arrested a man involved in a Wednesday night domestic violence situation.

Police arrested 18-year-old Richard Ramos for domestic violence and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Authorities blocked off 5th Ave. between Lester and Elm.

SWAT went to the scene.

According to Bay, the verbal argument was between Ramos and his brother. During the argument one brother retrieved a rifle.

Family members called 911 and exited the house. They told police they thought the suspect was still inside.

After several hours of attempting to have the suspect exit the residence, officers went inside and the suspect was not located.

This morning around 7:30, the family called police when Ramos returned and was inside the house.  The officers took Ramos into custody without incident.  No one was injured during either incident.
