Police arrest person of interest in criminal damage case

Tucson Police are asking for help from the public in locating a person of interest.
 
According to a Tucson Police Facebook post, detectives are requesting help from the public in identifying the woman in connection to a criminal damage case.
 
During a protest at the Mexican Consulate Office located at 3915 E. Broadway on June 24, hand prints in red paint were left on s sign and sidewalk area.
 
Police have now arrested 42-year-old Tanya Alvarez-Blancarte for Criminal Damage.
