TUCSON, Ariz. — Tucson police identified the victim in a suspicious death investigation.
Police say 29-year-old Romulo M. Bacarse was found dead near the southside.
Police responded to a ranch in 12900 block of S. Old Nogales Highway around 9:30 a.m. on August 14.
Gang Unit Detectives were called out to examine the scene along with Pima County Medical Examiner’s Office, and determined the remains were human belonging to a man.
Detectives discovered several tattoos on the legs of the unknown man.
