UPDATE: according to Tucson Police Kelley was located this afternoon and is now home safe.
Tucson Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing 83-year-old man with dementia.

Sgt. Pete Dugan, a spokesman for the department says Billy Kelley was last seen at 3:30 p.m. at a care home in the 200 block of West Fort Lowell.
Kelley is described as 6'1" with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a dark shirt with jeans.
