TUCSON, Ariz. — Tucson police have found a missing vulnerable man.
Police say 75-year-old Manuel Rodriguez Cortes was last seen near Escalante and Kolb early Wednesday morning. He was found by Wednesday afternoon.
He is 5-6 and 152 pounds.
