A man was shot in the Jack in the Box parking lot near Oracle and Grant according to Tucson Police.
The man has life-threatening injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital.
There are no suspects in custody but a suspect left in a vehicle.
The call came in around 7:23 p.m.
Police have no released a vehicle or suspect description at this time.
