Police have determined that a University of Arizona student found dead on campus committed suicide.
University police say they received calls about 7 a.m. Tuesday about a man's body at the bottom of a stairwell outside the Koffler Building.
UAPD detectives will continue to investigate the incident and expect an official classification on cause of death Wednesday.
A lab manager at the Koffler building says she saw the body on the ground not moving and with blood around it. She says she began to dial 911 when the first emergency crews arrived on the scene.
