Tucson police identified three suspects arrested Monday accused of selling spice at Up in Clouds Smoke Shop at 3050 N. Stone Monday.
Police arrested 26-year-old Hakim Rahim, 19-year-old Sayed Khilwati and 22-year-old Ruben Pereida.
Khilwati and Pereida were at the business when arrested and Rahim was arrested on a traffic stop.
All were booked into Pima County Jail on multiple felony drug possession counts.
