TUCSON, Ariz. — The Tucson Police Department says a missing, vulnerable adult has now been found.
Police say 74-year-old Joseph Collins was seen driving a Plymouth Voyager van with Arizona license plate CDF5976. He was last seen Sunday.
TPD says thanks to community involvement, Collins was found alive near Broadway and Kolb trying to get gas.
He has been reunited with his wife.
