Tucson police arrested 22-year-old Abraham Antonio Garcia in Wednesday's sexual assault, in which a man attacked a woman at gunpoint.

The attack happened on the south side and the victim had her 2-month-old baby with her.

Police held a press conference shortly after noon on Friday. Chief Christopher Magnus revealed more details about the investigation, including the fact that Garcia's fingerprint was found at the scene and used to identify him as a suspect.

Garcia was booked into Pima County Jail. His bond is set at $1,000,000.

He is charged with sexual assault, kidnapping, aggravated assault and endangerment.

Police say a woman was walking home from a store near South Tucson Blvd. and East Drexel Road with an infant and stroller near the 2300 block of East Calle Arroyo Lindo when she was approached by man. The man held a gun to her head and forced her to a nearby path, where he then assaulted her.

Police say the attack did not stop until the baby began to cry. The man then fled the area on foot.

Authorities say the baby was not hurt. The woman was evaluated at the hospital.
