GLENDALE, Ariz. - Glendale police have arrested a man accused of stabbing and killing a 14-year-old boy during an altercation over a stolen bicycle.

Police say 30-year-old Rudy Jaramillo was arrested Thursday in connection with the November stabbing of Elijah Ochoa-Gamez.

He faces charges of 2nd degree murder. Authorities say the teen's brother and an adult living with them confronted Jaramillo and a women they believed stole a bicycle from their home.

The suspected thieves and a third man later returned with a pitbull. Witnesses told police that Jaramillo pulled out a knife and the teen tried to wrestle him to the ground. Ochoa-Gamez was stabbed in the chest.
