TUCSON, Ariz. — A critical decision on the proposed "bike ranch" near the entrance to Saguaro National Park East was supposed to come at Tuesday's meeting of the Pima County Board of Supervisors -- but didn't.
The Board was supposed to approve or deny a permit for the ranch, but instead voted to move the decision to July 2.

Those opposed to the ranch are now working to delay the vote until after the summer.
The contractors behind the project have not commented.
