The Pima County Sheriffs Department has found a 66-year-old missing vulnerable man.
Jesse Flournoy was last seen at 12832 S. Rustic Desert Lane on Thursday, June 29.
Bystanders spotted Flournoy near Diamond Belle Road. He was dehydrated but is now recovering and with family.
