Pima Animal Care is building a new facility to make sure their animals are well-taken care of, and that they wait for an owner in comfort.
Today, PACC held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the completion of the first phase of the building process.
Officials also gave exclusive tours of the new facility on Silverbell, including a behind-the-scenes look at the vet clinic.
