Surveillance video captured a Phoenix thief stealing donations meant for a food bank.
Homeowners had left donations outside mail boxes, and mail carriers dropped them off at the food bank.
On Saturday, a camera caught a man walking down the street and grabbing bags of food before the mail carrier arrived.
Police are looking for the thief.
