PHOENIX (AP) - Phoenix police say they arrested a 30-year-old man in the fatal shootings of two men in an apartment complex parking lot Monday night.
No identities were released but police say the men killed were a 39-year-old man and a 37-year-old man and that the suspect was later found and arrested in a nearby apartment.
According to a Police Department spokeswoman, the arrested man and the suspects apparently argued in the parking lot before the shooting.
