PHOENIX (AP) - The Phoenix Fire Department says a main is stuck in a storm drain under a street on the city's west side and that a rescue crew has assembled at the site.
Fire Capt. Danny Gile says a technical rescue crew is working on a plan to rescue the man.
Gile says it's not known how the man got into what's described as an 18-inch (46-centimeter) drain pipe at North 67th Avenue and West Indian School Road.
No additional information is immediately available.
