Sunday evening people gathered outside of Catalina United Methodist Church for a vigil and candle-light service in support of DACA.
People with the church stressed the importance of contacting their representatives if this was a decision they did not agree with.
The Trump administration ended DACA, a program that protected nearly 800-thousand young undocumented immigrants who came to this country as children from deportation. Congress now has a time-limit of six months to find a solution before many DACA recipients lose their status.
