One person has serious injuries after a collision on 1st Ave, near Ft. Lowell Wednesday morning.
Tucson Police says it happened around 2:30 a.m. and alcohol appears to be a factor in the crash.
TPD says the driver did stay at the scene.

First Ave. was closed from Ft. Lowell to Blacklidge for several hours. The road reopened by 8 a.m..
