A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run collision around 11:15 Saturday night.
He has been identified as 74-year-old Conrad Alfonso Iacono II.
The accident happened at Grant Road and Palo Verde according to Sgt. Kimberly Bay with the Tucson Police Department.
When police arrived on the scene, 2 citizens were performing CPR on the victim.
The man was transported to Banner UMC where he died from his injuries.
The vehicle that hit Iacono left the scene and has not been found.
A half a block west of the accident, a small dog was hit possibly by the same car.
Authorities are looking for a white vehicle that would have significant front end and windshield damage.

Authorities had Grant Road closed between Sparkman and Dodge closed while they investigated.
The road has since reopened. Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call 911.
