TUCSON, Ariz.- A pedestrian crash on the east side has partially shut down Tanque Verde from Sabino Canyon to Indian Ridge.
Tucson police say a man was struck while crossing the street while not in a crosswalk.
The man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver is cooperating and police are still investigating.
No word yet on whether the road has re-opened.
