Crews from the Pinal County Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue teams rescued a 74-year-old man from Picacho Peak on Friday.
As crews responded, they found the man lying on the ground suffering chest pains near the saddle portion of the trail.
Air units from the Department of Public Safety airlifted the man to the hospital where he was treated.
