Detectives are searching for a man who pointed a gun at a woman at a local convenience store.
According to PCSD, the incident occurred on October 13, 2017, just before 7:00 p.m. at the Circle K located at 5801 North Oracle Road.
Deputies learned that a verbal altercation occurred between the male suspect and a female victim. The suspect had parked next to the victim's car which prevented her from getting into her vehicle so she could leave.
The man then entered the store and purchased beer. When he exited the Circle K, he flipped off the victim as he was backing out. When the victim verbally confronted him, he pointed a handgun at her through the window of his truck. He then fled the scene onto Oracle Road.
The suspect is described as:
- Hispanic, between 35 and 45-years-old, with a dark goatee
- Approximately 5’6” to 5’8” in height, heavy build
- Last seen wearing a dark New York Yankees hat, New York Yankees button-up shirt, and plaid shorts
- Last seen driving a newer model black Toyota Tacoma
