The Pima County Sheriff's Department has located anelderly woman with dementia who went missing Saturday.
PCSD says 73-year-old Destina Ortega was last seen Saturday morning at her care home in the 4400 block of North Camino Real.
She is described as 5'5'', medium build, with grey hair. She was last seen wearing a grey shirt and black pants.
PCSD says she left her care home on foot.
